Episode 9 Grief, mental health and open dialogue

In this week's episode I sit down with Neil who opens up about the trauma he experienced grown up, toxic masculinity and how it prevents us from talking and reaching out and the importance of encouraging his children to have open dialogue and to talk about their feelings. Neil shares about his depression and how he uses running as a coping mechanism and how he is currently training to run a marathon raising money for a young lad on his estate. We also discover we have a mutual love for old 90's hip-hop. Neil truly is an inspiring man telling us not to be scared to ask for help and support.
