Episode 8 PTSD and Me

In todays episode Lee talks to Pete Dowsing who years after leaving the Armed Forces was diagnosed with PTSD. We talk about the effects of PTSD on his life and his mental health. He is very open, raw and honest about how PTSD can impact the relationship he has with himself and those around him. He also talks about how he's found a way to express his thoughts and feelings using his YouTube channel which is also helping others that suffer with PTSD and also raising awareness. Pete truly is an inspiration proving that you can, with the right support around you, navigate your way through life's complexities and struggles to finally find an outlet that not only helps you but will inspire others. We also get to hear about the special relationship he has with his best friend.
